BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES


BUCKWHEAT PANCAKES
1 CUP Buckwheat Flour (from farm)
 1 TSP Baking Powder
2 TBL Maple Syrup (from farm)
1/2 TSP Salt
 1 Egg (from farm)
1 CUP Kefir (from farm)
2 TBL Butter (from farm)

 melt butter over low heat. Mix all dry ingredients. Stir in the melted butter and wet ingredients. You can use spelt for 1/3 the flour if you want delicious. Fry them up in pan, and eat!
