This is a Summer Vegetable Soup. Plenty of farmer's market vegetables right now,
and included are some that Jason Korb's family gave. Here is the recipe, with
SUMMER VEGETABLE SOUP
6 qts water, natural artesian
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp MAGIC Seasoning Blends, Vegetable Magic (all natural)
1 lb Carrots Cut ends, slice, rinse and add to pot
1 lb Celery Cut ends, slice, rinse and add to pot
2 EA LG Potato Cube, rinse, add to pot
1 Bunch Kale double chop, rinse and add to pot
1 LB Dry Lima Beans rinse, sort, and add to pot
1 LB Fresh String Beans Cut ends, slice, rinse and add to pot
1 LB Brocoli Cut ends, slice, rinse and add to pot
3 Chicken Breasts pictured, cube and add to pot
Try to use Organic Produce, Bring to boil and reduce to simmer. Simmer for 1.5 hrs.
You got soup! Kale wants to cook a little longer, but will be fine.
Serve with Rudi's Organic 100% Whole Wheat Bread.
