HONEY BUCKWHEAT BREAD

Collect your ingredients:
5 cups Whole Wheat Flour, Organic
2 Cups Buckwheat Flour, Organic
1 pk instant yeast
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup cold-pressed Oil (I used coconut)
2 cups warm water (I used bottled water, Ice Mountain)
2 and 1/2 teasp salt
2/3 cup milk (or kefir plain!)

You can find the flours at bulk food dispensers
This makes a dense loaf and as you can see, i make a long
narrow loaf. To Begin:

Mix water and yeast in large bowl. Let set 5 minutes. Add rest of ingredients,
Stir, and turn out on dusted flour table and knead for 5 minutes.

Let dough raise in a warm area, like near the oven which is warming up.
For about 40 minutes. Then cut the dough ball in half.

Flatten the piece, fold the ends in, and make a log of the dough.
Put both logs in a greased 9x13 pan, Now let the dough raise again
for 40 minutes in the pan.

Bake bread at 375 for about 30 minutes, remove from pan, let cool and enjoy!
