Tasty! Get a pound of Yellow Split Peas, dried. From Whole Foods. Soak 24 hours in water to cover. They will swell up, they are bigger than green split peas.

Next day, boil in water with some Himalayan Salt (Pink) or Sea Salt. Till tender, doesnt take long.

Let cool and run HALF through a blender to puree.

In seperate pan, brown one large organic onion chopped. In Olive oil. Stir in 1 tsp Curry Powder.
Then add the Pureed Peas and remaining Whole Peas and Liquid.

You can top with chopped scallions or sour cream.
